Terms of Service
By using Set and Go, you agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate account and registration information, and respect other players, organizers, and event staff.
Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event details, eligibility rules, schedules, pricing, refund policies, and on-site operation. Volleyball and attendance at real-world events involve inherent risks; participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Set and Go does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Refunds are subject to the applicable event policy.
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Northline Coding the limited rights needed to host and display it through the service. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, or rights-infringing content. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
The service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Northline Coding is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or participation in an event.
