Refunds and cancellations
Registration fees and refund decisions are generally governed by the policy established by the organizer of the applicable tournament or event. Review the event details before completing payment.
If an event is canceled, substantially changed, or you believe a payment was made in error, contact the event organizer first. For help locating the organizer or resolving a Set and Go payment issue, email support@northlinecoding.com with your name, event name, and registration details.
Do not email passwords or complete payment-card numbers. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and processing time may vary by financial institution.
