Northline Coding collects information you provide to create and use a Set and Go account, including contact details, player profile information, profile images, friend connections, registrations, team information, organizer content, schedules, standings, and scores. Information you mark public may be visible to other users. Player bios are public.
We use this information to operate the app, authenticate users, process registrations, display event results, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage services. Resend delivers account-related email. Stripe processes payments; Northline Coding and Set and Go do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, accounting, and service purposes. You may request account deletion or ask a privacy question by emailing support@northlinecoding.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We do not sell personal information. This policy may be updated as Set and Go evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page.
